4 hair trends for 2019

We asked our pool of experts, our fabulous Super Stylists, what the hair trends their clients have asked for 2019 and their predictions for later on in the year too.   Here's what they told us.

Since introducing our 24" lengths, they really have helped you realise your Rapunzel locks and now available in Mini Tips, Flat Tips as well as the Elegance Weft so there is plenty of application method choice to get the look you want.

This said, several Super Stylists, cited the lob as still influencing their clients new year new look.   Mark Taylor of Signature Hair, Southport, shared this image so many of his clients brought in and is trending on the social.

“Cutting their hair shorter and really blunt with hardly any layers,” explains Mark, “and with softer, muted colours are what the clients are really looking for.” The extensions really help to add thickness to the look and hold the style.”

Kathleen Macfarlane of Love Extensions, Lincoln, confirmed her clients are loving the shorter thicker styles.   Here's just one recent example from her work.

Extensions still work well on these shorter styles to help maintain a good shape, provide volume and, with such good hair quality, the extensions can improve the overall condition of your hair; not forgetting as a way of introducing colour like low lights.

“I had so many clients going shorter before Christmas but feel they’ll be back long before summer! Everyone seems to be loving 24” at the minute😍”  Hollie Watson, Hair Extensions by Hollie in Leeds.

Did you see the new Pantone Colour of the Year?    If coral isn't your thing, then to be on point, check out our colour hues.   "Dirty Brown Hair" is your Pinterest search and Zoe Sugg your inspo, as well as the likes of Kaia Gerber and Emily Ratajkowski.   Our colour 5, just saying.

Lisa Archer of LA Hairvolution “I can see a bit of a change happening ... clients are asking for long lengths but with a more natural thickness. Anyone going long used to always want mega manes but now they seem to be shifting a bit to more natural thicknesses, with lots of movement instead of big and full .”

Appreciating this,  Asya Cannur of Hair by Asya London is all for the "less is more."

How was lucky enough to get the new Dyson Airwrap for Christmas?  Well having more fun playing with styling is definitely in order.    Loose beach waves are in and look they have a handy how-to guide.

Well, who doesn't want to have a little bling, right?  We're new fans of non-slip (yeah they really are going to stay put!) hair jewellery brand, Kela. Give them a follow and start your wish list now for treats like this.
