Four standout looks from Fashion Week

So, the Fashion Weeks have been and gone, and with them, they’ve brought hair trends to keep us all inspired for the rest of 2019. From big wigs to long hair that would make Rapunzel jealous, we’ve found a few favourites amongst the styles for you...

The Bigger, the Better
We saw some BIG hairstyles make their way onto the catwalks, and none beats those of Moschino, who rocked Milan Fashion Week with some larger-than-life looks. With hair that lasted for days, models were seen sporting over-sized, over-exaggerated wigs, with a look that can only be described as Dolly Parton-esque.

London's Ashish also went for more is more, with huge, slightly bedraggled wigs; giving a vibe that said, “I woke up like this” and all made with #BigLove.

If Big Hair is your thing, then opt for our SuperWeft that packs a hefty 180g in each weft.

Sparkle and Shine
Always an opportunity to GLOW all out, we got some great accessory inspiration during the fashion weeks. Versace added a little glitz and glamour in Milan, with chunky, statement hairclips, which added an eye-catching features to an otherwise simple style.

We also spotted some statement sparkle from NY label Area also went for a little sparkle - or a lot, in some cases – with crystal-mesh headpieces. Laid over long, sleek ponytails, or tidy space buns, we think this could make a statement headpiece in for a bride.

Long Hair, Don’t Care
You don’t need us to tell you that long hair is super in these days. R13’s models sported mega-long locks to die for, with all-straight or all-soft, wavy looks.

Prada brought uber-long plaits to the table in Milan. With a sleek, Pocohontas-vibe, this simple look worked wonders, and is so easy to recreate.

Back in Time
Not the first-time hair trends have taken a trip in a time machine, this year saw looks that appeared to have come straight from the 50’s. Ryan Lo took us on a trip down memory lane with his blast-from-the-past hairstyles; and with soft curls, high quiffs and curled fringes, we’re wondering why these looks ever went out of style.  Spend a little time browsing these stunning styles.

Anna Sui brought 60’s flower power back in New York, with a dash of 80’s punk in the form of neon-bright, cropped hair-do’s.

And Michael Kors reignited disco fever, with full-bodied, out-there styles. Channelling Diana Ross, Kors appeared to agree with Moschino and Ashisha, and went for the bigger, the better.

Our hair extensions are such great quality that they can easily be styled, curled, and waved and moreover, will hold the style to support your own show and beyond.

Definitely not the first time we’ll pull inspiration from the catwalks, this year certainly hasn’t disappointed, and has left us with hair-goals-galore. Which style caught your eye, and had you green with hair-envy?
