Hair Recycling Scheme

Join in to do our bit for the environment with our recycling schemes.

Hate throwing hair extensions in the bin after they have been removed?   Well, you can now send them back to us as part of our hair recycling scheme and do your bit for the environment.

We have teamed up with Matter of Trust for their Clean Wave Campaign where they will accept our hair extension donations to make 'hair mats' and 'hair booms/bags' to protect the environment from oil spills and filter water at storm drains.   Hair is particularly good at absorbing oil and, when matted, traps debris to help clean the water.

We will accept any brand of hair extensions, we simply ask you tie the bundle of hair extensions together at the top and post back to us.

Recycling your hair packagingAll our packaging can be put into your recycling, such as the card backing boards, but for our new plastic pots packaging we want you to return to us to recycle them for future hair order deliveries. Again, collate your empties and post them back, we’ll do the rest.

Please label your returns to us at: Remi Cachet Hair Recycling, Additional Lengths, Unit 2 Easter Park, Teesside Industrial Estate, Stockton on Tees, United Kingdom.  TS17 9NT.   Make sure you add a note to confirm who has sent the hair in so that we can thank you and so we can reward our regular recyclers!

TOP TIP:  Collect a few hair extension removals and post back together to save money on postage.
