Autumn is just a week away, and September is often seen as new beginnings, kids go back to school, we all invest in stationery to get organised and commit to a new diet and fitness regime to be slim for Christmas. So heading to your stylist with a promise of a new look is the pick me up we all need right now. Dramatic, and even a subtle change, can make you feel amazing and we've got a few suggestions to tempt you.
We say, Autumn, and you say pumpkin spice. We do love our redheads, there are plenty of other beautiful shades in our range to bring warmth to your hair.
We’ve already reported Honey Blonde to be a big trend and if you are already blonde adding warmer golden tones are a simple way to do this. Check out our colour 16 and the mixes available with this to see if this is your new hue. Think Khloe Kardashian for your inspo.
Caramel ends from our Dip Dye, Ombre and Root Stretch range are another great way to add some rich depth to your style. Just in case you missed it, we also announced last week that your favourite Root Shades are not available in more of our hair range.
Our Auburn shades are becoming increasingly popular and you can see why

LENGTH ISN'T EVERYTHING
Having introduced a shorter length of 10” for the new Micro Tapes, there is plenty of opportunities to pump of the volume on your style, hide layers to create a blunt and sharper finish to your look and hide any hair breakage from excessive use of heated tools and bleaching.
“I’m seeing a real trend in bobs and shorter lengths currently which I think is a mixture of Covid hair - with the grow outs from short bobs to longer bobs which is the perfect in-between length. I’m also seeing a rise in requests for precision cutting and sharp bobs which offer versatility and as a bob rocker myself I tend to switch up my look with tape extensions adding colour to my hair without the commitment. I tend to go short above the shoulders some months then as my bob grows out to go longer before I switch it up again!” – Asya Cannur, Remi Cachet Super Stylist
Our handy length guide helps give you an idea of where our different hair lengths would lie when the hair is straight. If you like to style with waves, then allow a less for this depending on how deep your waves are. Whilst the lob has been trending for some time, a slighter shorter collar bone length and even shorter bob are the lengths in demand.
If you didn’t binge-watch Normal People over lockdown you are missing out and will instantly want the Daisy’s perfect bang.
Yes, you will have to spend another 5 minutes on your hair each day to get your fringe right, but it will instantly transform your face shape and worth a try. Check out these celebs with and without a fringe.
Thankfully we still have catwalk inspiration for AW20 back in March pre lockdown for a few hairinspo moments.
Carefree waves, looser are a nod to the 70's but were seen at Celine, Chloe, TOD and Dior.
Skinny plaits to frame the face were at MaxMara
Hairdresser and Influencers, Justine Marjan, for Christian Siriano, has fun with long, low ponytails. Don't forget you can cheat this look with our very own 24" ponytail, perfect for swishing.
Accessories bows remain in, like below from hairdresser Sam McKnight for Chanel. This is also a great example of more half-up half-down styling we are going to see more of. Many bows were using sheer fabrics and oversized Scrunchies adorned.
