Click and Collect
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection, you must provide this when collecting your order. You may also be asked to provide identification when collecting your order, please ensure that you have this with you. Orders can be collected Monday - Friday, between 10 am and 4 pm. Typically, orders are ready to be collected after 2 hours.
Delivery Information
A signature is required for all deliveries unless you request it to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. For Express delivery, you must place your order before our 4pm cut-off to ensure that it is delivered the next working day. Orders placed after our 4pm cut-off will be processed on the next working day. If ordering on a Friday and you want your order for Saturday, you must choose our Saturday delivery option at the checkout. Next working day delivery options are only delivered Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday and Sunday, are processed and dispatched the next working day. This day is generally Monday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We are unable to delivery on Bank Holidays, so please allow an extra wokring day for this. Please note that Remi Cachet is closed Saturday and Sunday and for UK Bank Holidays.
All delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Please note that if you intercept the parcel, change the delivery address, or have it left in a safe place then you accept full responsibility and liability for the parcel, its content, and any possible loss.
International Orders
Please note, any import duty and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer, as regulations vary in regards to the charges which apply from country to country. All orders will be sent with an invoice stating the full amount of the order, and customs documentation will be attached where applicable. Please ensure you are happy with any potential tax or duty charges before proceeding with your order. Any orders rejected due to not wanting to pay import duties and taxes that are in the destination country will incur additional costs of return shipping which will be taken from any applicable refund.
Returns Information
We aim to simplify the returns process for your convenience. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days from the day we receive your return in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.
To initiate a return, please download and print our returns form from our website. If printing isn't feasible, include all required information on a note inside your return package.
Products may be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase if they remain in their original, unopened packaging, with health and hygiene (security) tags intact. We reserve the right to decline returns for any reason at any time. Refunds for unwanted products vary based on return timing: 100% within 30 days, 75% between 30-45 days, and 50% between 45-60 days.
You are responsible for the returned products until they reach our warehouse. Return costs and risks are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked and insured postage service for proof of delivery. All products are inspected upon return. If a product is returned that is not in its original condition, damaged, had its health and hygiene (security) tags removed, or in unsaleable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the products back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
