What To Include About Remi Cachet On Your Platforms
Here at Remi Cachet, we just LOVE sharing your work. But, “what do I need to do for a chance to be featured?” is something you may be wondering, well we have all the information for you with our top tips…
1.) Creating The Content
When it comes to getting the content you post, whether that be an image or video we have some top tips:
- Choose quality - When you take your content, make sure this is of good quality. This by no means you have to get the most expensive camera you can find, we are sure your phone camera will do the job but just make sure there is quality, for example, the images aren’t blurry, out of focus etc.
- Understand lighting - Making sure the lighting is of a good standard is a key element to great content. We do recommend you avoid using your flash in favour of natural light as this creates photos that are richer and brighter. When it comes to the darker months, we understand natural lighting is difficult to use, so why not look into the opportunity you have to purchase a ring light to get great lighting with ease for those darker days.
- Follow the rule of thirds - The rule of thirds really couldn’t be a simpler method to balance your images or videos. Overall, it divides the image into a 3x3 grid and aligns the subject along the lines to create a balance. This will overall ensure all the hair in the shot is balanced. To do this, you can turn the gridlines from your phone camera settings on and use this to align your photos. This will not only ensure the image is balanced but if you continue to do this across all of your content, your feed will have consistency.
- Tell the story - We love a story being told with images. Why post just one image when you can post multiple images of the transformation process to tell the story? For example, the before, during and after. The same goes for video, why not post a sped-up version or time-lapse of some of the work being done, to really tell the story.
- Involve reels - According to Instagram, “Reels are the best place on Instagram to reach people who don’t follow you and a growing global stage where brands and creators can be discovered by anyone.” So take advantage of this and showcase your work in a fun, engaging but informative way.
- Introduce TikTok in your strategy - TikTok has quickly become a major player with it detailed algorithms and unique content creation capabilities. According to Insider Intelligence the forecast is that in 2022 TikTok users in the UK alone will grow by 12.6% to a total of 17.5 million. The platform which overtook Twitter users last year, it expected to surpass Snapchat used by the end of the year and continue its rise. Why not take advantage of this growing platform where you really can get creative? We love seeing your work on this platform too, just hashtag #ShareYourHair #RemiCachet.
2.) What Information To Include
When it comes to information, the more information the better. But, make sure the information isn’t too long as this can cause your audience to lose interest with paragraph after paragraph in a caption. Therefore, finding balance is key. So, to get this balance the key things we want to know when looking at your images are;
- What is the application method? - For example, was this our Elegance Injection Tape or Luxury Tape Hair.
- What length is the hair? - For example, was it 18” or maybe it was 22” cut to 20”?
- What length is the hair? - For example, was it 18” or maybe it was 22” cut to 20”?
- What colour(s) were used? - For example, was it a mix of colour 4/18 and colour 4? Or was just 8/613 used?
Also, don't forget to tag us in your images when using our hair. We just love going through our tagged images so this significantly increases your chance of getting featured on our channels.
All of this information allows us to have what we need to feature your content which you will always be credited for. You’d be surprised just how far back people scroll for their inspiration, with messages hitting our inbox about looks from over two years ago!
3.)#Hashtag, #Hashtag And #Hashtag
We love a hashtag so make use of these to let more people see your amazing work, including us. Don’t overkill on them though as you are at risk of some serious spamming (we’ve warned you).
When it comes to the ones we look at #ShareYourHair is the main one we love having a scroll to have a look through and choose from for what we need to feature on our platforms. So, this is certainly your top one to use.
We also love scrolling through #LoveYourHair to find your content and of course #RemiCachet.
We cant wait to see all of your amazing content. If you do have any questions about the above, feel free to contact us and one of the team will be happy to help.
